International Guru Puja in Cabella

With great joy we, the Sahaja Yogis of the hosting countries, are inviting you, our Sahaj brothers and sisters from all around the world to come to Cabella for collective offering of our love, devotion and gratitude to our Holy Mother Sakshat Shri Adi Guru Param Puja Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on the most auspicious occasion of Guru Puja 2012.

By the grace of our Divine Mother, celebrations will take place in Nirmal Nagar, Cabella Ligure, Italy, from the 6th to the 8th July 2012. This will mark the 21st celebration of Guru Puja on the holy land of Cabella since Shri Mataji chose this location as the place of Her worship in 1991.

We would like to humbly remind you to visit the dedicated Guru puja website, where you can find information regarding the program and costs and pre-register for the meals on the puja web site. Meals will be provided only to those who have pre-registered . Your kind collaboration in this matter will help us to manage the kitchens better and waste less food.

Sports Teacher for Cabella School

Cabella International Sahaja School is seeking to appoint a qualified Physical Education teacher to teach primary grades 1 to 4.

The candidate will be an established sahaja yogi or yogini, have a good command of English and be available to start in September 2012

The Cabella School was very close to the heart of our Beloved Mother. She inaugurated the school in person and subsequently blessed children and staff with Her presence on several occasions. Working for the school offers a working environment that is overflowing with vibrations, a place of astonishing natural beauty to live in, and membership of a team of joyful, dedicated and dynamic professionals.

150 Children on Stage in Cabella

On the 12th of June the hangar in Cabella was the scene of a moving and beautiful end-of-year play performed by 150 children for their parents, family and friends.

Music of Joy In Manilla

Sahaja Yoga – Philippines has invited Music of Joy - an Australian Band - to perform a musical concert in the Philippines. It will be a life-time experience for everyone in Manila to watch Australians playing eastern musical instruments like harmonium,didgeridoo guitar, bass, flute, saxophone,clarinet, tabla, dholak, djembe,chimtar and tambourine.

It will be on July 8th, Sunday at 3-7pm in SM MALL OF ASIA, one of the biggest malls in the Philippines..

Canajoharie Meditation Seminar!

Dear brothers and sisters,

This message is to invite you all once again and to heartily encourage everyone to join us for two days of deep collective meditation at the Lotus Feet of our Divine Mother, on Her holy land in Canajoharie on Thursday and Friday, July 5th and 6th. The seminar is intended to bring us together to experience and develop the depth of our thoughtless awareness, collective consciousness, and most importantly, our oneness with Shri Mataji. With Her blessings, we hope that these two days will be a powerful experience of that silent experience of Her, which is the essence of what binds us all together as Her children.

Logistics and agenda:

It is hoped that most of us will arrive Wednesday evening, July 4th in time for an evening meditation, and a morning meditation at 7am on the 5th. The seminar will formally begin mid-morning on the 5th. Over the course of Thursday and Friday, the following schedule is proposed:

There will be a morning session, an afternoon session and an evening session. At each session, we will have meditations focused on reaching the depth and silence of the Sahasrara. Several themes will be focused on including:

What is Meditation?
Attention
Becoming the Spirit
Sahaja Culture

These sessions will include talks by Shri Mataji, and as a special treat, our Yuva Shakti will be offering a series of creative presentations on subjects which will inspire us and reinforce our enjoyment of the vibrations, focusing on the Adi Gurus, various saints from around the world, and prophesies of Shri Mataji and Sahaja Yoga.

There will be plenty of time also to have nature walks, footsoaks in the pond, and to enjoy each other's company.

The seminar will end with Friday evening's meditation, as we transition into the Guru Puja weekend.

Travelling to Cabella - Update

This is a short note for people booking flights to Cabella this summer.

For people arriving late at airports there is some important news: although the last direct train from Milano central to Arquata Scrivia leaves at 20*25 there is now a train to Voghera at 22*25 where you can change and take a train to Arquata , arriving there at midnight.

Bergamo airport

Bergamo airport offers low cost flights but these often arrive late and leave early which represents a big problem for transport. Before booking your flight please consider the following information:

The last direct train from Milano to Arquata Scrivia leaves at 20*25
There is a train leaving Milano at 22*25 to Voghera, it arrives at 23*20 and at 23*28 there is another train to Arquata Scrivia
In our experience few yogis arrive at Bergamo, unless there is a group of 7/8 or more than 16 we cannot pick up there
There are no Sahaja yogis living near the airport (we hope this will change)
There is no ashram or collective house in Milan to stay at (we hope this will change)
For returns it is impossible to arrive at Bergamo airport before 09*00 using public transport

Canajoharie -- Arts Academy Camp Registration!

This marks the third year we are offering an "Arts Academy" camp where yogis from different places can come together to learn various arts from great Sahaja Yogi artists and performers while staying on the much vibrated land of Nirmal Nagari. Each year we have been able to add a few more items to our course offerings while maintaining a reasonable cost for those who wish to learn. This year is no exception.
