The latest information is that in Europe the first night of Navratri is tonight as in Tuesday. According to the Shalivahana calendar, all countries to the west of Gujarat and Rajisthan in India should celebrate Navratri today. Hence Europe and USA etc. For all countries to the East of those Indian states such as Japan for example the first Night of Navratri is tomorrow I.e. Wednesday. The Shalivahana calendar is the most accurate for such matters. This was Shri Mataji's advice. The timings have been worked out according to the first day of the new phase of the moon and its relationship to the time of the sunrise. The first day of the new phase of the moon in Cabella was at 5.46 am today. In Cabella the first Night of Navratri is tonight. This applies to Europe and the USA etc. also. We hope this clarifies matters. A little late but better late than not at all. We are thankful to uncle Nalgirkar for once again providing guidance and clarification on this issue.

By the grace and blessings of the Divine, the festival of the Nine Nights of Navaratri will take place between Tuesday 09th October and Wednesday 17th October, with the main puja being held on Sunday 14thOctober.
